We guarantee our work for 3 years. This will cover any paint peeling or cracking or any paint from bubbling.
Do you have license and insurance and bonded?
We are fully licensed by the california contractor board. We are insured with a $2 million policy and we are fully bonded.
Why 2 coats are always recommended,
All paint manufacturer recommend 2 thin coats vs one thick coat to obtain their warranty. One thick coat can lead to early cracking and peeling.
Can i check your references.
Absolutely, included with the painting proposal will be a list of current references.
How THOROUGH is the cleanup.
All the materials used in the painting of your home will be removed. All paint scrapes and misc items will be swept from walkways,driveways etc. I will conduct a thorough walk-thru to ensure everything is to your complete satisfaction
